SHARJAH OXYGEN COMPANY (SOC) Management has established, implemented and will continue to maintain Health, Safety and Environmental Management System to carry out operations and activities in a manner that is protective of human health and the environment.

This Management System is designed to make Health, Safety and Environmental care an integral part of all activities and a responsibility of all employees, and any persons working for, or on behalf of, SOC.

SOC allocates appropriate resources and provides the training necessary to ensure the attainment of Safety, Health and Environmental objectives and targets. Top Management is committed to keep this system effective for its intended purpose and to continually improving it as a framework to achieve the following objectives to:

The Plant In Charge / Supervisor, Branch in Charge, Production and QC in Charge, Test Shop Supervisor, General Maintenance and Workshop Supervisor, Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor, Cryogenic Supervisor, Transport Supervisor, CO2 Filling Supervisor, Platform Supervisor are responsible for the implementation of the Health Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) to ensure that the commitments made in this Policy are being fulfilled. The HSE Department is responsible for overviewing, monitoring and ensuring the performance of HSEMS with respect to its continuous implementation as per ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
